I am currently laying in bed after a long day, full of thanks. I am making tonight short because my computer is somewhere currently in my car. For those of you who don’t know, I moved out of Brachman Hall today at TCU and all my things are now home with me in good ole Arkansas for the summer. We had to literally pack my car ( thanks a million Michelle and Nikki) and I have yet to unpack it. That’s a lot of work that I am too tired to do. Since I can’t get to my computer I just want to post real quick and think you all for the prayers, and love throughout this year. It has been the most bittersweet year of my life and every step of the way I have had three things.
1. God
2. My family
3. My readers
This would not be the same without you, so thank you a ton. Your support has been so helpful this year and I couldn’t imagine Freshman Year without this blog. I made it home safely and I am ready ready for bed.
Today was a pretty hard day leaving behind my friends and my dorm. My dorm is being torn down next week meaning that my friends and I will never all be in that building together again. I have been blessed with Brachamn and all the people in it. It will be greatly missed and I can’t imagine going my back to TCU this fall and not living in Brachamn hall. That on top of leaving my friends was pretty bitter sweet. I am just thankful for the love and support from everyone. Some days it is what keeps me going. So if you are reading, thank you.
Be on the look out because tomorrow, hopefully, I will be sharing exactly why I am thankful for freshman year. God is good. I am thankful today!
Yours Truly,
Southern and Thankful
