[see yesterday’s post for the first half of the day] Yesterday afternoon was full of pure bliss for my family. My big cousin Barrett tied the knot to the sweetest Natalie and our family is so happy to add her to the mix. Right now they are probably relaxing on the beach somewhere… So so happy for them. It was a beautiful outside wedding, with a great crowd, wonderful and very true words, great cake, and the best part was seeing how happy the two were.
It is so funny because I remember playing all day long Pokemon or something like that and now it is crazy to look back and see how easy those time were. All we had to do all day was eat Meme’s food, visit Papaw at work, and watch endless amounts of movies/tv. It is hard to believe we have grown up so much. I mean now we have to make real world decisions. You, Barrett, have a little more experience than me, but I must say marrying Natalie appears to be great decision you have made. I am so glad I got to be there to witness and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two. I am also a little relieved that we will now have someone else joining us at the “kid” table on Thanksgiving.
The Dunklin Family then took me to crash another wedding. Needless to say, I got my wedding cake fill for a long time, yesterday!
Congrats on a great day and I pray the Lord continues to bless and be with you two through the good and bad times in life. May you always remain thankful! I know we are sure thankful for your beautiful and special wedding day!
Yours Truly,
Southern and Thankful
