Last night I didn’t leave the library until 1 and then I have currently been studying for my history midterm for the past 4 hours. I don’t want to say this class is easy because it’s not, but it is online so that means that I take it when and wherever I want. We have two sections. One, 20 multiple choice with two short answer that is an hour and then we have an essay section that is also an hour. It is very nice because it is not so much how you study, it is how you prepare. I say this because when you take the midterm you have everything right there in front of you. So if you study well and have everything lined out you should be fine. I just finished the first part and plan to study some more and do the essay portion in the morning. Earlier, when I went grocery shopping I bought tons of halloween candy. My friend april said it was way too much, but I knew it would come in handy. Let me just tell you it may or may not be the only thing getting me though this studying. Dum dum’s, Pumpkin Reese’s, Hershey’s, and the assortment of m&m’s are saving me at the moment. The sad thing is that next week I will be doing the same thing because I have 3 more tests. Don’t you just love this time in the semester? At least I will be festive while I study. Just in case the candy doesn’t do its job, I would love the prayers. I want so badly to do well and I am putting my all into some of this. I pray that I don’t get too stressed and I pray that I can do it. I know I can, but you know the prayers never hurt. If you are having a hard time, I encourage you to go get some halloween candy. I swear it makes a difference… It’s like medicine or something! I am thankful for this pick me up and I am thankful for this time I call a “study break!” Now, I think I will head back to my candy stash and hit the books again. No matter the situation you can always find something to be thankful for! Always remember that!
