I am also super thankful because Hillary and I were on the same flight back. PRAISE THE LORD. I am not one who loves traveling alone, especially when I have to come back. There is always so much to come back to and the people waiting on you are never as excited to see you as your mom and dad are. Hopefully Hill and I can do that more often since she is in Dallas now! Seriously thanking God for working that out the way He did. It made coming back on a cold rainy day a thousand times better!! Love you lots, Hill!
Going home was a huge blessing and it was so funny because I went home with a new look. I have never in my life grown facial hair. I am a daily shaver, but this year I decided to participate in no shave November. Partly for fun, but partly because of the cool message it has these days. TCU IFC raised money for men’s health this month by having every fraternity participate in no shave November. I thought this was a great cause because men’s health is so important and it is often overlooked. So yes the facial hair did have a little meaning behind it!
This month a percentage of Southern and Thankful shirt sales will be going to this great cause for men’s health. I knew from the start of this month and I am so happy to share with you how YOU also helped in this cause. I and many men around the world thank you!
Sadly, the bread will be leaving in a couple of days. Get a glimpse while you can… It is time for me to become a little less amoish looking! (LOL).
Super thankful for facial hair and a much needed thanksgiving break! Here’s to a new month, beating finals, and getting back to my couch/family/christmas tree. Lots to look forward to and lots to be thankful for!
Yours Truly,
Southern and Thankful
