First, I am thankful for a good parking spot. It is really hard to find a good spot and I have been fortunate to get the same front row spot the past two times I have come back to my dorm. It literally makes me day when I see that open spot that is like BOOM right there! I mean it doesn’t make that big a difference and there are more important things in this world, but let me just tell you… I love it. Thank you God for looking out for me and giving me some good parking… My car and I love you!
Second, I am thankful, again, for goodies in the mail! My janjan and bia sent me some halloween candy and a really great looking southern proper button down. I sure do love them for sending me things like this! It puts the biggest smile on my face! Also, I would like to thank Mrs. Carrie for sending me the sweetest note today. It was so encouraging and so uplifting and really made me feel so good about today and about college life in general. That was something that she did not have to do, but the fact that she did makes me so so thankful! I appreciate you and thank you for being a great example!
Last, but not least I am thankful for a great t-shirt that is being sold in my community. Stuttgart truly does band together in times of need and I love that people are selling shirts to make money for these families and there loved ones. Jared and Cole are very very lucky! I highly encourage you to purchase a shirt. They are comfort colors and there is nothing better to put your money towards. I am still praying for everyone effected by this and I know that if you are wanting to help out, this is one of the bet ways possible.

For those of you wondering, I felt very good about my interview and I thank you all so much for the prayers! I hope that you remember how important it is to be thankful for the joys, the happiness, and the bittersweetness that life brings your way. Take it in. Pray about it. Be thankful!
Yours Truly,
Southern and Thankful
